THE DISCOVERY OF THE SELF

THE DISCOVERY OF THE SELF

The summary of the life of mankind, millennia ago, and millennia to come is in you. You can’t find it in any printed book. All books are a superficial description of mankind, written behind the pathetic ebb of the limitations of thoughts and efforts, and the self-interest to satisfy the desire to control.
You can’t understand yourself by reading any book, and doing so, results in further conflict and misery. All you need to know about yourself, which is universally the projection of all mankind, is to observe yourself. You can’t control or resist or do anything about what you find. It’s there and lurking. Anything you do becomes like a gold-plated ornament that fades with the scorches of time. As you try to control, analyse or escape what you see, by either yourself, or by the dictates of a book, then you intensity your misery with time.
What you can do, is to observe the self, by watching its movements towards blazing desires and fears. And by observing, you see clearly to what you are, and why others are what they are, and how the society is. Observation alone will inform you of becoming fully conscious of your desires and fears and how you must fully become them. By fully ‘becoming your passions and fears’, you stop the suffering of the self and its projection on the society completely.”
